Privacy Policy / Information on Data Processing

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data strictly on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2021). Below, we inform you about the key aspects of data processing within the scope of our business activities and website.

Data Categories

We process your personal data that we have received directly from you and that fall under the following data categories:

  • Contact data (name, email address, phone number), contract data, billing data, order data
  • WhatsApp is used for simplified customer communication. If you wish to revoke your consent, please exercise your right of revocation (see Section 1).

Eine Zusammenführung dieser Daten mit anderen Datenquellen wird nicht vorgenommen. Wir behalten uns vor, diese Daten nachträglich zu prüfen, wenn konkrete Anhaltspunkte für eine rechtswidrige Nutzung bekannt werden.

Rechtsgrundlage: Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO auf Basis meines berechtigten Interesses an der fehlerfreien Anzeige, Stabilität und Sicherheit meiner Webseite.“

2. Legal Basis: Contract Performance & Pre-contractual Measures

The data provided by you is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

  • Processing orders, providing services, preparing quotes

Since we process your data (also) for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such marketing.

4. Datenweitergabe & Verarbeitungsort

Ihre Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten erfolgt ausschließlich selbst im eigenen Unternehmen in Österreich. Es findet kein Profiling statt.

5. Storage Period / Retention Period

We store your data for the duration of the existing contractual relationship and beyond in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations (e.g., 7 years under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code / BAO).

6. Your Rights / Notice on Legal Remedies

In principle, you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed in any way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, the responsible authority is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
