We kick off with a brief, activating initial consultation at your company. What defines your unique corporate culture? Which visual distractions in your current space block concentration, and what are employees missing in their daily routine (e.g., genuine quiet zones or inspiring spaces for collaboration)? Based on this, we define the psychological goals for the design.
PHASE 2: Der physische Außenraum — Zonierung und Design - Konzept
I will develop a comprehensive color-psychology spatial and zoning concept for your office space. We strategically divide the office into “Silent Spaces” featuring calming, focus-enhancing color schemes for deep work, and “Creative Hubs” with activating textures for dynamic brainstorming sessions. Additionally, we design the central meeting area (such as the cafeteria or kitchen) as an inviting focal point that sustainably strengthens the sense of community. You will receive a detailed digital moodboard complete with exact color codes and material recommendations.
